New leaflet details practical local help for dealing with cost of living crisis

As the cost of living crisis bites harder and deeper, the Food Hub has linked up with the Independent Food Aid Network, Croydon Voluntary Action and others to produce a leaflet detailing the local support and advice available for people with serious money worries.

The leaflet, entitled Worrying about money?, is a practical guide to help available in Croydon for people struggling to pay soaring household bills, facing serious debt problems or suffering because of difficulties with job income, benefit payments or a sudden change in circumstances.

A copy of the leaflet will be given to each Food Hub client along with their food parcel. Copies will also be handed to clients of the local Food Stops at Old Lodge Lane Baptist Church, Purley; St Francis Church, Monks Hill; and Fieldway, New Addington.
